Regular directors are appointed by the following organizations: Duarte Community Services Commission, Duarte Chamber of Commerce, Duarte Unified School District, and the Duarte Education Foundation. If any of the organizations fail to appoint a representative to the Board of Directors, the Corporation Board of Directors will solicit applications from the community-at-large.
